CONVERGE MENTAL
FITNESS APP?
Our app provides a convenient and comprehensive way to measure Mental
Fitness, Life Stress and Wellbeing. It also provides tools for individuals to
mange their own wellbeing.
After the comprehensive set of questions that makes up the Converge
Mental Fitness Model, we are able to report back to individuals on their own
Wellbeing. We use a weather metaphor to present this information to users.
Life Stress is presented as weather:
Low
Mod-Low
Moderate
Mod-High
High
Wellbeing is shown using a set of commonly understood facial expressions:

65 – 80
51 – 65
28 – 50
0 – 27
