HOW DO WE MAKE
USE OF THE EVIDENCE
AT CONVERGE?
We have four main ways in which we implement best practice
wellbeing strategies for our clients.

When we are asked for wellbeing advice, we take
pause to ensure we understand the situation or dynamic
that is being experienced in the workplace as there can
be legal and regulatory requirements as well as nuanced
behavioural and relational perspectives
that are important to grasp.
Step one in most things we do is an assessment phase.
This often involves data gathering including reviewing
existing policies and procedures held by the organisation
related to health and wellbeing and how these translate
into the lived experience of workers and any dynamics
in the workplace that are perceived to be problematic or
lacking in some way.
Part of the data gathering usually necessitates conducting
a high quality and proven assessment. This could be a
psychometric evaluation or rigorous wellbeing check at an
individual or team level. Our assessments make use of the
research evidence around wellbeing and its drivers. They
assess wellbeing explicitly and also the components of
wellbeing that are able to be influenced by organisations
and individuals.
We then reflect on the collective data story to advise the
organisation about what might be most helpful to address
possible gaps in policies and procedures as well as identify
any areas where wellbeing could be improved while
addressing any areas of risk.
