Use the event as a reminder to prioritise your sleep in
the same way you know to try to prioritise nutrition
and exercise.
Book a SHF speaker with expertise in sleep health to
attend your organisation, school, or community group to
deliver a presentation on a chosen sleep topic.
Organise a morning tea at your workplace or school
to raise funds for causes relating to sleep health.
Donate directly to the Sleep Health Foundation to
support our activities and advocacy to improve lives
through better sleep.
