Organisa琀椀ons can foster neurodiversity
by revising hiring prac琀椀ces, engaging with
community groups, and providing expertled training for all employees. Being willing
to provide necessary supports, such as
accommoda琀椀ons for sensory sensi琀椀vi琀椀es,
and using inclusive language further promote
a culture of neuroinclusivity. By valuing and
understanding neurodivergent employees,
organisa琀椀ons cul琀椀vate a posi琀椀ve and
produc琀椀ve workplace culture.
Parenting Neurodivergent
Children
For parents naviga琀椀ng poten琀椀al
neurodivergence in their children, early
assessment and interven琀椀on can be bene昀椀cial
for both child and parent. Recognising the wide
spectrum of neurodivergence, understanding
the heritability of such traits, and seeking
support through educa琀椀on and counselling
are crucial steps. Parental support networks,
including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP),
o昀昀er valuable resources and guidance.
