others. Many have had or are experiencing signi昀椀cant 昀椀nancial
stress, which may mean that their normal levels of resilience
and general politeness may be strained.
Prac琀椀se self-care strategies that you know work for you.
You know what keeps you calm and centred. For some it is yoga,
for others it is mindfulness exercises, for others it is a quiet
walk in nature. Do what you know recharges your batteries.
Be kind to yourself and your co-workers. We are all in this
together. Lots of people have mental health struggles, 昀椀nancial
pain and heightened anxiety through this 琀椀me. We all appreciate
extra gestures of kindness and care towards each other during
this peak 琀椀me.
