becoming more engaged in social media and
social groups can help. With many of us taking
time off from work over the holidays, find an
activity that will engage your mind and distract
you from the outside world. Learn something
new on YouTube, get engrossed in a new TV
series or foster a pet while you have the time,
let your imagination take you on a new path of
learning.
