a better work-life balance, ensure you have set small,
measurable, goals to achieve your resolution.
Always keep in mind why you want to achieve your goals and, if you do fail,
don’t let this de昀椀ne you. Failure is a chance to evaluate what worked and what
didn’t. Was the issue in your plan? Expecta琀椀ons? The goal itself? Knowing this
will help you with your future resolu琀椀ons. Don’t forget, that it doesn’t have to
be January 1st to set a new goal!
