When picking your New Year’s resolution for 2022, remember you can be whoever you
want to be. Do you want to be a healthier person? A muscular person? A writer? A
musician? A runner? Prove to yourself you can be this person with small wins over time.
Don’t worry about the bumps along the way. Remember why you want to be this person
and, when you achieve your goals, tell yourself you’re becoming that person. By doing
this, you’re more likely to achieve the resolution you set on January 1st.
