intuitively knows when you are struggling

accordingly to assist. This was particularly
useful while in eccentric mode.
The design and compact footprint of the
V-Form Trainer alleviates the need for
cumbersome (and unsightly) home gym
equipment around the house. It’s like a
whole gym under your feet.
