the workplace. Talking to the individual about what is happening for them and what might be
most helpful, is a good place to start. You can then discuss what is possible and nego琀椀ate fair
adjustments to ensure the individual feels supported to con琀椀nue to achieve in their role.

Build in mechanisms to con琀椀nue to check-in with an individual if they are willing.
Whether it is a colleague or a member of your team, suggest regular catch-up’s to
understand how the individual is travelling.
