Cost-effectiveness of implementation
For teams, mindfulness-based interventions
commonly take eight-weeks with one-hour
sessions per week, administered with a facilitator,
online or self-paced (which is not overly
burdonsome or costly for most organsiations to
accommodate).
Intervention is not intrusive to
organisations or individuals
The practice of mindfulness does not change work
processes or structure. Mindfulness concentrates
on practice, the how, and applies to any culture,
religious or educational background without
adverse effects.
On-the-job applicability
Mindfulness can be practised within the working
environment while engaging in tasks.
