Fascinatingly, the good habits and
behavioural principles underpinning positive
mental fitness align powerfully with many of
the rituals and daily practices of the longestlived people on earth. Given the striking
alignment between the key research findings
that the longevity researchers found and
Converge’s own research findings when
exploring the factors that drive positive
mental fitness (outlined in our linked white
paper below), it is less of a stretch. Indeed it
is quite fair and reasonable to propose, a life
where daily practices and habits focused on
building mental fitness is entirely consistent
with a goal of living a longer life, and in
better health. Who needs a better reason
than that to priortise mental fitness today,
and for the longer haul.
