Mealtimes can be tricky for any family, but when a child is on the autism spectrum,
navigating food, appetite, and nutrition can become even more complex. While many kids
go through fussy eating phases, children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often face
deeper, more persistent issues around food that are closely linked to their sensory world
and how they experience their own bodies.
