As a coach supporting individuals in the workplace every day, I’ve seen
firsthand the challenges many women face in their careers. As someone who
has journeyed through menopause myself, I know just how often this life
stage is overlooked in professional settings. The reality is that countless
women between the ages of 48 and 60 are navigating perimenopause,
menopause, or post-menopause without even realising it!
