This is a very special edition. This month, we have marked over 1 million
views since we launched our mental health and wellbeing E-Magazine.
Firstly, I’d like to thank you all for continuously reading, tuning into our
videos and podcasts, attempting our workouts, and trying our recipes.
We know this magazine has become a staple in your organisation for the
promotion of wellbeing, and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to
connect with you all. Many exciting innovations are continuing to come
through, and we use this magazine as a device to share proactive tips and
tricks and our latest tools and technology.
Please continue to flick through and absorb all the amazing content we
have this month and beyond. So, let’s get to it. This month, we have a
feature article on the power of EAP and why you should access expert
support. We also explore the meaning of World Food Day, written by
Senior Dietitian, Marcela Velasquez Villa, from our nutrition partners at
360Me.
Next up, we take a deep dive into interval walking and why it’s the latest
craze. And the podcast you can’t get enough of, THRIVE, is back with
another edition centred on the connection between food and mental
health for Mental Health Month and World Food Day. As always, we have
plenty of workouts, informative and engaging videos, and delectable
recipes.
