best. For those wanting low-carb side options, it was
a godsend. Oh so simple to cook (do see our ace
cooking tip), it takes on other flavours well, and in
this case, it's Mexican spices that feature. Paired with
succulent pork steak and fresh tomato salsa, this dish
hits all the right notes of lightened deliciousness.
