WHITE CHRISTMAS
Yoghurt Bark
This visually appealing treat is
easy to make and perfect for the
whole family.
1. Line a tray with baking paper.
Mix 2 cups natural Greek
yoghurt with 2 tbsp maple
syrup and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
2. Spread the yoghurt evenly
over the tray and sprinkle with
diced kiwi, strawberries, dried
cranberries, pistachios, and
toasted coconut.
3. Freeze for 2–4 hours, then
break into shards and serve
immediately. Store le昀琀overs in
the freezer.

Chrissy Crumble
Tradi琀椀onal crumbles are o昀琀en high in fat and
sugar, but not this one!
1. Dice four sweet apples (Golden Delicious
or Granny Smith) and stew with the juice of
one orange and a splash of water un琀椀l so昀琀.
S琀椀r in 1 cup of frozen raspberries and 1
tbsp of maple syrup if desired.
2. For the topping, mix ½ cup rolled oats, ½
cup wholemeal 昀氀our, 2–3 tbsp bu琀琀er or
coconut oil, and 2 tbsp coconut shavings.
Rub together to form crumbs.
3. Layer the fruit in a pie dish, top with the
crumble, sprinkle with slivered almonds, and
bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Delicious!
