some light and festive recipes
to impress at your next event.
‘RUDOLPH NOSE’ Bliss Balls
A simple, tasty treat enjoyed by both adults and
kids! Blitz together:
• 1 cup raw almonds (or almond meal),
• ½ cup desiccated coconut,
• 1 cup frozen raspberries,
• 3 pi琀琀ed dates.
Roll the mixture into small balls and freeze un琀椀l
ready to serve. If too moist, add extra almond meal,
psyllium husk, or oat bran. For added sweetness, try
a tablespoon of honey or a few more dates.
