Here are 10 reasons to
train micro-style for huge
rewards.
Eliminate excuses
Whatever excuse you can think of to avoid exercise –
and I’ve tried them all – you’ll find a microworkout that
smashes that excuse. Low on energy? Limited by time?
Short on space? There’s a microworkout for all that and
more.
Make stitches in time
Have 3 minutes to train? 5? 15? Awesome!
Microworkouts handily come in all different lengths. If
you have any little bit of time, you can fit in a
microworkout.
No equipment required
Most microworkouts demand little in the way of
equipment, so you won’t have to purchase things that
take up space in your lounge or bedroom. If anything,
some resistance bands, a mat, and a set of dumbbells
are all you’ll need.
Boost energy
If you’re getting that 3:00pm slump at 10:00am,
2:00pm, and 4:00pm, hop up from your desk and move
with a micro to boost energy, make yourself feel more
alert, and increase productivity.
Verified variety
Originally, microworkouts were formulated on HIIT
(high intensity interval training) principles. But that’s so
2018. Nowadays, you’ll be spoilt for choice if you want
any kind of general workout or even something less
strenuous like a quick stretch.
